Uniform Ordering

Uniforms must be ordered soon after tryouts in order to arrive in time for the Fall season.  Specific order deadlines will be posted on Team Admin page.

In order to place your uniform orders, please complete the following:
 
  1. Download and complete the Roster example spreadsheet linked below.  This lists the name of your team and all players with their jersey numbers.  Please email a completed  roster to Malissa Lux as well as Brandon Rapp at Soccer Village. 
     
  2. Soccer Village website will be updated with all new teams for the upcoming season.  The names of the teams are listed by age group (B02 represents Boys U8) and then by the name of the coach.  Where a team name has been provided, this is also listed.
     
  3. Please have your parents log on to Soccer Village to place their orders by the specified order deadline.  

    Please have your parents click on the Cincinnati United Southeast.  Our team code is CUSE08.  They will need to register as a new user and place their order.  All players should purchase the required player uniform which consists of the following:

    1.  One primary jersey
    2.  One pair of shorts
    3.  One or two pairs of socks
    4.  One secondary jersey,  either t-shirt or the secondary jersey.

The jersey numbers will be provided by you as the coach on the roster you send to Soccer Village.  Players will not provide that information with their order.

All orders will be processed at one time once all of the players have ordered so it is extremely important that each player place their order by the specified order deadline.   All orders will be sent to the Beechmont store for the coach to pick up and distribute.  Orders take approximately 6 weeks to arrive.
 
All uniforms are now the custom uniform.  Very few of the old style uniforms remain available.  Any remaining stock, can be found at the Beechmont SoccerVillage store for sale.
