Coaches and Team Administrators must carefully read the registration procedures and meet all registration deadlines. Teams that fail to follow the procedures or miss stated deadlines are fined by CUSL.
Risk Management
Risk Management form must be submitted by all coaches and copy provided with registration packet. Choose Option 1 to complete form online. Keep copies for later use.
